We are your ideal location for your large family or retreat gathering! Whether planning your biking, rock crawling, hiking, adventuring tour or gathering your extended family together, you'll have lots of space to all sleep under the same roof in this 6000sqft duplex. Accommodations for up to 24 people and up to 8 parking spaces for vehicles or trailers.

In total this home provides 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms 3 kitchens and 5 living rooms spread out between both sides of the duplex. Each side individually has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms.
The North side of the home has a mother-in-law style kitchen and living room area in the basement along with it's own bedroom and bunk bed space, while the main floor offers a living room, family room and kitchen/dining room, and the second story has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This side total has 3 queen beds, a queen murphy bed in the main floor living room, and 3 twin bunk beds (6 twin beds).
The South side of the home has a living room and family room along with the kitchen and dining room on the main floor, the second story features 3 bedrooms each with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. In the basement we have another bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room to spread out in with 2 bunk beds and a twin with trundle bed. In total this side offers 4 queen beds, one twin/twin bunk, one twin/full bunk and one twin bed with twin trundle. The entire home can accommodate groups up to 24 occupants and has parking for about 8 vehicles (not including added trailers)

Guests get to use the entire home and connecting back yard areas. Garage can be used for recreational accessories storage. OFF street parking provides up to 8 parking spots, ON street parking not permitted

Guests are provided with an electronic door code for their stay to come and go at their convenience; no keys to share between group members or keep track of during your stay.
Check in is 4:00p, check out is 10:00a on your reservation dates.

We have driveway parking for about 8 vehicle spots, depending on vehicle size, this does not include vehicles WITH trailers, trailers would be considered using an additional parking spot.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
