2 night minimum

Downstairs
Queen bed in private room, Bunkbed and separate bath
Large kitchen with dining table, full hide-a-bed,
Separate private Patio
Separate entrance from rear of house

$ 150 per night
(up to 6 people - call for info on larger groups)
Availability may depend on other reservations.
May be rented along with Upper Unit or separately

2007-2008 Winter Rates
--- November 1, 2007 through February 28, 2008.

Upper Unit
3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath with kitchen - Townhouse Style
(up to 12 people with fold-out bedding)

$ 150 USD per night
(2 night minimum)

Lower Unit
Queen bed in private room, Bunkbed, separate bath,
kitchen and hide-a-bed,
Separate entrance from rear

$ 95 per night
(up to 6 people - call for info on larger groups)
Availability may depend on other reservations.
To be rented along with Upper Unit or separately

Deposit of $200 is required to hold reservation. Full payment due 7 days prior to arrival. Deposit is applied to final invoice. Security / Damage deposit may be collected, Refundable 24 hours after checkout.
